Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and skilled Site Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in BMS, FAS, Fire & Safety, and related low-voltage systems. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision and managing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). Key Responsibilities: • Supervise installation, commissioning, and servicing of BMS, FAS, Fire & Safety, and LV systems. • Execute daily site tasks and coordinate with internal teams and vendors. • Plan and carry out PPM schedules for AMC clients. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. • Maintain proper documentation, service reports, and logs. • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on-site. Requirements: • Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Fire & Safety Engineering. • Minimum 1 year of experience in BMS, FAS, Fire & Safety, or similar systems. • Basic understanding of AMC and PPM workflows. • Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. • Willing to travel to different client locations as required.
