Job Description

Site Engineer – Fabrication (Manufacturing & Construction Field)Roles & Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities at the site. Coordinate with fabricators, welders, fitters, and contractors. Read and understand fabrication drawings, measurements, and layouts. Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available at the site. Monitor cutting, welding, grinding, and fitting works as per quality standards. Check dimensions and quality of fabricated components. Maintain daily work progress reports and update management. Follow safety rules and ensure workers use PPE. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project managers. Solve site issues and ensure timely completion of fabrication work. Inspect completed work before installation or dispatch. Handle manpower planning and labour attendance at the site. Ensure work is completed as per drawings and project timelines.
