Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Execute project site, monitor progress, ensure design specifications & layout. Oversee all the Interior Fit Out, construction, maintenance, operations activities at site Prepare DPR & billing work. Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors and clients. Assist the Project Manager in the formulation of overall work program and programs for each section of the work to be completed. Ensure the agreed program is met for each component of the project and report any variances to the Project Manager. Ensure all aspects of the site and work to be completed is consistent with the agreed Project Safety Plan. Attend regular client meetings as directed by the Project Manager. Assist the Project Manager in compiling scope of works and tender lists for each trade. Ensure the correct licenses are held for each person on site who is operating equipment that needs a license. Ensure the subcontractors fulfill the works required by then under their scope of works included in their contracts. Setting out sites store, site office, accommodation & local transportation (To be ensuring availability before material reach to site). Report submission to concern project engineer in regards to Surveying and leveling, quality inspection, daily progress report at site and other issues and inputs. Coordinating with project engineer for L2 schedule, Material Status, BOQ& client information. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specification. Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, local authorities and the general workforce involved in the project Review the quality & safety HSE, environment standards of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards Desired Candidate Profile Coordination & reporting + adhering to rules & procedure laid down by the Company Ready to relocate to PAN India according to project Interior Fit Out knowledge Site Execution & supervision knowledge 5S HSE Scheduling & Task Management Technical Knowledge Cost Management Client Relationship Communication (Verbal & Written) Critical thinking & Problem Solving Risk & Hazard Management Perks and Benefits Facilities on site - Food, Accommodation & travel expenses
