Job Description

The Project Engineer / Site Engineer will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders, managing project timelines and resources effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve issues. Review and approve technical drawings and specifications. Prepare progress reports and documentation for project management. Oversee daily site operations and supervise construction activities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience in project management of row houses, villas or high rise residential buildings projects. Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
