Position Summary

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience in site engineering, fabrication, or oil & gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities including fabrication, erection, installation, and commissioning.
• Ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, quality engineers, and client representatives.
• Monitor manpower allocation, equipment usage, and material availability.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in project handover and client inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Production Engineering.
• 0–5 years of experience in site engineering, fabrication, or oil & gas projects.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes, welding techniques, and installation practices.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO) preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Skills & Competencies

• Good Communication Skills: Written & Verbal.
• Hands-on knowledge of site supervision and fabrication activities.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to project planning and resource optimization.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on safety and quality.
