Role & responsibilities Ensure work is carried out by approved plans, designs, and drawings for all architectural, and civil works, technical specifications, project requirements, and industry standards. Supervise site execution Verify and check the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure cost control and accuracy in material procurement. Maintain work schedules, progress reports, and documentation for ongoing and completed tasks. Identify and address site-related challenges, ensuring work completion as per the design specifications. Monitor material procurement, inventory management, and cost control to prevent project delays. Liaise with facility management teams to ensure smooth progress in architectural work. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or masters degree in civil recognized institution. Minimum 5 years of experience in Road Works.. Ability to interpret and implement plans, drawings, and technical specifications. Strong communication and coordination skills to manage stakeholders, vendors, and on-site teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills for site execution and issue resolution. Proficiency in MS Office. Perks and benefits
