Minimum Qualification Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering Experience 3+ Years Minimum Competencies Technical Acumen; Experience of Building materials Basic computer skills People Management Communication skills (English and Hindi or Telugu) knowledge of Upvc Windows Behavioural Competencies Interpersonal skills Communication (written spoken) basic level Learning apatite Good attitude; Problem solving skills - basic Good discipline Coordinating skills Preferred Competencies SOP System-driven-approach Primary Roles Responsibilities Quality testing of windows Maintain the stocks at site systematically Reporting deviations Coordinating with Project Engineers Training the workmen (on roll and off-roll) Supervising workmen consistently Adequate knowledge of Product Working knowledge data entry Up keeping of Measurements skills Other Duties and Responsibilities Other responsibilities to find new Installation teams whenever required.
