Job Description

1. Responsible for planning & monitoring project management strategies. 2. Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders. 3. Coordination with teams across departments for process implementation. 4. Collate and analyze data and generate reports. Conducting project audits and analyzing project progress and execution. 5. Monitor project compliance and alignment of business strategies. 6. Proactively resolve project related issues and bottlenecks. 7. Ensure quality of project by regular inspections. 8. Preparing progress reports actual v/s planned with respect to schedule. 9. Vendor management/ On time materials requirements follow up with contractors and internal purchase team. 10. On time project check list, Running bill reports for vendors and clients. 11. Recommend and ensure continuous improvement in the project management process. 12. Ensure EHS compliance on site. Manage day-to-day aspects of project plan and scope. 13. Coordinate and track dependencies for the successful completion of the project. 14. Ensure proper documentation for projects. Ensure SOP compliance for projects. 15. Preparation of JSM and Handover documents of projects. Requirements: 1. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently. 2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, photoshop. 3. Strong Analytical skills. 4. 2-3yrs of Project execution in interior fit out projects. 5. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders. 6. Leadership & general management skills. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction. 8. Quick problem-solving skills. 9. Tech-savvy, and good in adopting digital and technological initiatives. 10. Degree in project management/ construction management or a related discipline.
