Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Location: Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 1 Years of Experience Work type: Work from office Roles and responsibilities: Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Help build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, providing updates on ongoing projects and discussing future project opportunities. Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications. Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or concerns. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed reports on project performance and outcomes. Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business development and marketing strategies. Desired candidate : A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in site engineering, construction management, or related field. Very good and studying Engineering drawings and Implementation at Site Proficient in using relevant software tools for project management and design.
