Site Engineer Job Location: Ahmedabad Years of Experience: 3+ Years Position Summary: We are hiring a Site Engineer to support efficient building operations and maintenance. This role focuses on ensuring safety, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing space usage in a dynamic office environment. Key Responsibilities: • Maintenance & Repairs: Assist in supervising repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security). • Space Planning & Asset Management: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workspace allocation and manage inventory of office assets. • Vendor Coordination: Support vendor management by coordinating with contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely service. • Budget & Preventive Maintenance: Help manage the facilities budget and contribute to developing preventive maintenance programs. • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure facility-related permits, licenses, and documentation are current and comply with regulations. Required Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities or building management. • Understanding of building systems and maintenance processes. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and compliance.
