Job Description

Key Responsibilities Plan and monitor daily work activities Maintain installation reports, material inward registers, protocols, etc., as per standard procedures Carry out installation work as per approved drawings; if changes are required due to site feasibility, obtain client/PMC/consultant approval Check material specifications Manage inventory and maintain stock registers Plan material requirements, receive and issue materials, and ensure reconciliation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (DPR) Maintain legal compliance documents such as labour attendance registers and stock registers Obtain client signatures for any rework at the site or for design change notes Handle material installation and prepare RA billing sheets Study drawings and prepare BOQ accordingly Ensure proper wrapping, coating, and leak-proof welding during underground piping work Prepare weld visual, fit-up, DPT, hydro test, line history sheet, mechanical clearance for testing, and BOX\_UP reports Ensure adherence to timelines as per the project schedule About Company: We are a Turnkey projects company with strongholds in integrated building management solutions, air conditioning solutions, water treatment & wastewater treatment, fire fighting & MEP projects.
