Role Description – Site Engineer - Facade System Site Location: Lothal, Sanand, Dholera Type: Full-time, On-site Role Description : The Project Site Engineer - Facade System will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of façade-related works at our project sites. This includes managing teams, coordinating with various departments, ensuring quality standards, and delivering the project within timelines. Company Description Everest Composites Pvt. Our product range includes profiled sheets, skylight provisions, roofing, cladding, and chemical-resistant structures. Key Responsibilities: (All responsibilities will be carried out under the supervision of and reported to the Project Manager.) Coordinate with contractors and ensure smooth execution of work on-site Understand and explain technical drawings to the site team as needed Monitor quality of work and manpower productivity on a daily basis Ensure availability of required tools, materials, and resources for daily tasks Assist in preparing the work front in advance to maintain progress Communicate material and machinery needs to the concerned team in a timely manner Track and document daily site progress and support resolution of basic on-site issues Maintain site discipline, safety practices, and adherence to quality standards Qualifications : Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 years of site execution experience in: Glass installation Stone work GRC Façade systems Fabrication Civil and finishing works Understanding of fabrication and façade installation sequences Experience in dry stone cladding, glass, GRC, and unitized panel systems Background in construction or manufacturing is a plus Skills Excellent project management and multitasking ability Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Proficient in: AutoCAD MS Excel English (spoken and written) Attention to detail and quality assurance Skilled in expediting, inspection, and logistics coordination Show more Show less
