Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of street lighting systems. Ensure proper wiring, cabling, and connections as per technical specifications. Conduct site inspections, surveys, and feasibility studies for street light placements. Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and other team members for timely execution of work. Monitor and maintain quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance with project guidelines. Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure proper functioning of street lights. Maintain daily progress reports, material usage logs, and site records . Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical components before final handover. Ensure adherence to government and project-specific electrical codes and regulations . Report to the Project Manager on work progress, site challenges, and material requirements . Key Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting . Hands-on experience with street lighting projects, wiring, and electrical panels is preferred. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics . Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and site documentation . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines .
