We are currently seeking a dynamic Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to join our growing team and play a key role in project execution and on-site management. Position Overview The Site Engineer / Supervisor will be responsible for managing on-site execution of residential and commercial interior design projects, with a focus on tile and fixture installations. This role requires close coordination with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management & Execution Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and design specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Coordinate effectively with installation teams, contractors, and vendors. Technical & Quality Assurance Interpret and implement architectural drawings and technical layouts. Ensure installations meet design accuracy, quality benchmarks, and industry safety standards. Perform site-level quality checks, audits, and measurements to ensure precision. Material & Resource Coordination Track and ensure timely availability of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to avoid delays and minimize wastage. Reporting & Documentation Maintain comprehensive records of site progress, material usage, and safety incidents. Provide periodic updates and reports to senior engineers and project managers. Enforce safety regulations and conduct routine risk assessments. Candidate Profile Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in site supervision, preferably in interior design or construction. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, site coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and execute architectural/technical drawings. Proficiency in using measurement tools and basic engineering calculations. Effective communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
