Site Engineer (Civil)

Key responsibilities

• Supervision and Coordination: Oversee day-to-day construction work, manage erection teams, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
• Quality and Safety: Ensure all work adheres to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations, implementing EHS practices and conducting quality checks and inspections.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise on-site and provide technical advice.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and other progress reports. Maintain detailed records of site activities and the use of resources.
• Compliance: Ensure the structure meets all specifications, including structural stability and water tightness, and verify compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Required skills

• Proven experience in civil engineering, specifically with PEB structures.
• Strong project management and supervision skills.
• Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in relevant software is often beneficial, but the primary focus is on practical site management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
