Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee daily execution of highway construction works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality control, managing resources, and maintaining progress reports as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day field activities for highway/road works
• Ensure proper execution of earthwork, WMM, BM, DBM, BC, and other pavement layers
• Monitor quality, quantity, and safety standards at site
• Verify levels, drawings, and measurements as per design
• Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and lab teams
• Prepare daily progress reports and measurements
• Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and office team
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and project timelines

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in highway or road construction projects
• Strong knowledge of pavement works and construction equipment
• Ability to read drawings and handle site execution independently
• Good communication, reporting, and team coordination skills
• Willingness to work at project site locations
