Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day civil activities at project sites
Ensure quality assurance and adherence to engineering standards
Prepare project schedules, timelines, and bar charts
Interpret and understand BOQ for project planning
Perform billing, measurement verification, and documentation
Prepare daily/weekly reports using Excel and PowerPoint
Allocate tasks to workers and oversee manpower management
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and on-site teams
Travel across Pan India as per project requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
Experience: Freshers to 3 years (03 yrs)
Strong basic knowledge of civil engineering concepts
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle site operations and workforce
Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Understanding of QA/QC, BOQ, billing & measurements
Willing to travel and work at multiple project locations
Must be based in Chennai
