We are hiring an experienced On-Site Engineer to manage and oversee all civil construction activities for our projects across Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Bhutan. The role involves supervising paver block laying, culvert box construction, and road construction, ensuring that all work is carried out as per approved designs, quality standards, and safety norms. The engineer will be responsible for handling contractors and labour teams, coordinating with vendors, maintaining site progress reports, and resolving technical issues on-site. The candidate must have strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, surveying, quantity estimation, and construction materials, along with proficiency in AutoCAD, design interpretation, and essential engineering software. This role requires someone who is reliable, technically sound, able to manage multiple teams, maintain site documentation, verify contractor bills, and ensure smooth day-to-day project execution. The engineer should be willing to travel and stay at project locations, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality completion of all contractual works.
