Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure construction work is carried out as per the approved plans and specifications. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure quality work and timely completion. Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution. Monitor quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and conduct safety checks at the site. Work closely with architects, consultants, and other engineers for project execution. Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress, challenges, and solutions. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure timely completion of construction phases within the set deadlines. Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and other relevant documentation. Read and interpret drawings and technical specifications. Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials required for construction. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries. Identify construction issues and propose solutions to prevent project delays. Provide technical guidance to workers and resolve on-site challenges. Preferred candidate profile Looking for candidates based in Pune preferably with strong communication and coordination skills Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. .
