Job Roles and Responsibilities Have experience in Aluminum form casting or My 1 . Assist in project planning and scheduling. Monitor the progress of construction activities and report on their status. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide technical advice and support to site workers and contractors. Interpret and implement engineering drawings and specifications. Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify any issues or defects and recommend corrective actions. Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other site personnel. Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs and reports. Prepare progress reports and document changes to plans or specifications. Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Facilitate communication between various teams and departments. Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Propose solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency on-site. Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for projects. Monitor expenditure and ensure that costs are kept within the allocated budget. Mentor and train junior engineers and site workers. Stay updated with the latest construction techniques and technologies. Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Typically requires a degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software and tools. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams and manage conflicts effectively.
