Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day site activities as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Supervise structural & finishing works for high-rise structures
• Oversee formwork, concreting, shuttering & reinforcement activities
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC and safety protocols
• Prepare DPRs, BBS, quantity estimates & subcontractor bill verification
• Identify and resolve site-level technical issues

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with high-rise buildings (

  40+ floors

  )
• Strong knowledge of structural works, MEP coordination & finishing
• Understanding of IS codes, QA/QC procedures & safety norms
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & site management tools
• Strong communication & leadership abilities

Preferred Experience

• Worked with reputed developers/contractors on super high-rise projects
• Familiarity with

  MIVAN / Aluform

  , post-tension slabs & high-strength concrete
