Role Overview

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring that work is progressing as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines. This role provides hands-on exposure to the complete construction process, allowing you to learn practical techniques, materials, methods, and site management skills directly on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily work happening at site.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the design/engineering team.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Track site progress and provide daily/weekly updates to the project team.
• Assist in material checking, measurements, and basic documentation.
• Support the project manager in planning and scheduling tasks on site.
• Identify issues on site and help in resolving them promptly.
