Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 2+ years of experience in site execution and supervision. Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and site layouts. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and reporting skills. Job Responsibility Plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end execution of residential and commercial construction projects. Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and site engineers for smooth workflow. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines while identifying and mitigating risks.
