Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to join our building project in Lucknow . The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in civil site execution, with expertise in managing contractors, labor, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong site supervision capabilities, technical knowledge, and effective coordination with project teams and vendors. Willingness to relocate for future projects across North India is expected . Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities, including structural RCC, masonry, finishing works, etc. ensuring timely progress as per plan. Implement drawings and structural plans at site with accuracy. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor site progress and maintain daily records and material reports. Conduct quality checks on workmanship and materials. Ensure labor management and site safety compliance. Candidate Profile Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building related construction. Proficient in interpreting drawings, AutoCAD, and MS Excel. Strong knowledge of construction methods, site documentation, and material planning. Fluency in Hindi; working knowledge of English. Open to relocation for future projects.
