You will be responsible for promoting and selling surgical instruments and related medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Your key duties will include meeting with doctors, purchase departments, and hospital staff to drive sales, as well as developing and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. It will be crucial for you to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Additionally, you will be required to provide product demonstrations and training sessions to healthcare staff, attend conferences, exhibitions, and meetings to showcase the products, and collaborate with internal teams for order processing and delivery. Keeping accurate sales records and providing regular reports will also be part of your role.
