We are looking for an HR Manager to lead HR operations, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment across multiple branches. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring, HR administration, payroll, and employee relations, with the ability to independently manage HR processes. This position requires strong communication in English, Hindi and Kannada , along with solid HR functional experience. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility) Manage end-to-end hiring for various positions across all branches. Understand manpower requirements and create recruitment plans. Source, screen, schedule interviews, and close positions within timelines. Maintain talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies. HR Operations Maintain employee records, onboarding & HR documentation. Ensure HR policy compliance and disciplinary management. Manage branch-level HR support and coordinate with managers. Attendance & Payroll Oversee attendance tracking for all branches. Coordinate payroll processing on a monthly basis. Statutory Compliance Manage PF, ESI, and other statutory processes. Support HR audits and maintain statutory documentation. Employee Relations Address employee queries, grievances, and escalation. Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives. Required Skills Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada . Strong knowledge of Recruitment (mandatory). Working knowledge of Attendance, Payroll, PF & ESI . Basic MS Office & documentation skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple locations and stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Experience 2 - 4 years in HR Management or HR Generalist role. Recruitment experience is mandatory . Experience managing HR operations for multiple branches is an advantage.
