We are looking for a Python Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in application or library development (non-web). The ideal candidate has built real-world Python applications, and has experience working with domain-specific languages (DSLs) and behavior trees for autonomous or system logic modeling. . This role focuses on simulation tooling and control logic rather than web or UI development. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain Python-based libraries or tools for simulation and robotics applications. Parse, interpret, and execute domain-specific languages for scenario or logic definition. Implement structured agent behavior using behavior trees, state machines, or similar architectures. Work with simulation environments (e.g., CARLA, etc) to integrate and automate system logic. Write modular, testable, and performance-oriented Python code. . Required Skills & Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in Python application or library development. Solid understanding of object-oriented design and Python’s standard tooling. Prior experience with parsing and interpreting DSLs (e.g., XML, YAML-based configs, or custom grammars). Experience implementing behavior trees, decision logic, or task execution flows in robotics or similar domains. Comfort working in Linux environments and with version control (Git). Preferred / Nice to Have: Exposure to vehicle simulation frameworks (CARLA, VTD, SUMO, etc.). Knowledge of ASAM standards (e.g., OpenSCENARIO, OpenDRIVE, OSI) is a strong plus. Knowledge of ANTLR4 is a strong plus. Familiarity with ROS, py_trees, or other robotics middleware and logic libraries. Basic understanding of C++ or its integration with Python.
