Role & responsibilities The incumbent is responsible for monitoring the Landscape Design of all projects in the region from consultant finalization till handover by ensuring availability of design drawings, documents and specifications as per company standards. Prime responsibility will be to co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders- Landscape consultant, architects, lighting and signage consultants, Green building consultants etc; to ensure project requirements are delivered as per the requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibility Area Key Activities IndicativePerformance Measures Operational / Customer Design Planning & Development Review and verification of landscape designs proposed by the external landscape architects ensuring correctness and fulfillment of project requirements Interfaces with design managers, regional cross-functional teams and HO design team along with external Design Consultants Recommends design options for specific green field projects Coordinate complete landscape output of Marketing collaterals renders, AV, Model etc Indicative Performance Measures quality of marketing office and show apartment as per product positioning High quality product to be planned in scheduled time Designs should include green building aspects Coordination for approvals Provides design brief and detailed requirements on the project to consultants Follow ups and continuous tracking on submissions Coordination with design manager to file required documentation as per schedule Coordinates with external consultants for applying for certifications Timeliness as per defined frequency Coordination during project execution Coordinates with projects team during execution of the landscape design. Monitors work in progress to ensure that design is in accordance with the brief and norms Conduct site visit as and when required Timeliness of response Standardization of Design Process Prepares templates for standardization for landscape design across regions such as material list, design standards, details etc. Prepares and updates the template/ circular as specified Accuracy Timeliness Comprehensiveness Process Process Adherence Complies with company defined guidelines and processes Adheres to project timelines % Process compliance Process Improvement Identifies processes/ procedures in own work area that need improvement Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area People Management and Development Learning and Development Identifies self-development needs Takes concrete steps to pursue self-development through training, education, projects etc. New skills acquired KEY INTERACTIONS Design, Strategy, Operations Architect, Landscape architect, Structure consultant, MEP consultant, Green Building Consultants, lighting consultant, signage consultant, Cost consultant Business development Joint venture partners, market research firms Liaison Liaison Architects local authority, MOEF, HRC etc. Sales & Marketing Market Agency, rendering and model making agency Position Specifications (Know-How, Skills and Knowledge for this position): Threshold Education Qualification & Experience Applicants should be Graduates in B.
