Company Description Deaf EnAbled Foundation is a non-profit organisation established in 2009 by deaf visionaries to provide education, employment opportunities and organise empowerment drives solely for the deaf community. We have been working with companies such as Tech Mahindra Foundation, Digient Technologies, RR Donneley, Microsoft etc to improve living standards of deaf individuals across the country. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sign Language Interpreter at Deaf Enabled Foundation - India located in Chennai. The Sign Language Interpreter will be responsible for providing sign language interpreting and translation services, understanding and respecting Deaf culture, and facilitating communication between Deaf and hearing individuals alongside working with our Deaf colleagues to organise outreach and awareness activities to fund our social initiatives.
