Job Description

Purpose: The Side Projects Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering multiple diverse initiatives (e.g., Sigma ADR, Sigma AI, IGA, Sigma Match, Medtech), ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder communication. This role serves as a central point of coordination between stakeholders, developers, and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the delivery of multiple side projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely execution. Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, capturing requirements, managing expectations, and clearly communicating progress and updates. Regularly interact with development teams, providing clear and concise task definitions, resolving blockers, and ensuring smooth execution. Maintain detailed documentation of all project activities, milestones, and deliverables. Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines. Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders and developers to discuss project progress, action items, and any arising issues. Provide weekly project updates and comprehensive status reports directly to the CTO Managing Director. Identify risks and challenges early, providing proactive solutions and contingency plans. Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects effectively. Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills. Capable of clearly documenting requirements and translating technical concepts between stakeholders and developers. Familiarity with agile methodologies and relevant project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, Google Workspace). Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar delivery-focused role. Experience working across diverse projects and industries; prior exposure to sectors like iGaming, AI, Medtech, or digital platforms preferred. Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or related discipline beneficial but not mandatory. Professional project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) advantageous. This role is essential to streamline operations, optimize communication, and ensure consistent project delivery across various strategic side initiatives.
