Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet bulk staffing needs Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand and anticipate non-technical staffing requirements. Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and job fairs to build a large talent pool Screen large volumes of resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates quickly and effectively. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate or conduct in-person interviews to assess candidate fit for various roles and levels.
