About the Roles We are seeking passionate and experienced Carnatic Vocal and Violin Instructors to join our team and share their love of music with our students. Responsibilities Develop engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of students. Deliver high-quality instruction that fosters technical skills, musical knowledge, and a love for Carnatic vocal music/violin. Motivate and encourage students, celebrating their achievements and fostering a positive learning environment. Participate in faculty meetings and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless learning experience for all students. Prepare students for grade examinations and stage performances in Carnatic music/violin. Maintain a professional and positive, fostering a welcoming environment for students and parents. Qualifications Minimum 1+ years of experience teaching Carnatic vocal/violin, preferably in a group setting. Proven track record of successfully preparing students for music examinations or performances. Strong understanding of music theory and practical playing/singing skills in Carnatic music and violin. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment for students of all ages and skill levels.
