* Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
* Provide detailed product explanations, demonstrations, and comparisons.
* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture solutions.
* Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new launches.
* Coordinate with the backend sales and production team for quotations and follow-ups.
* Ensure the display center is always presentable and well-organized.
* Prepare daily customer visit reports.
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships to drive conversions.
* Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
