Role Summary

As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be the face of the brand, engaging with walk-in customers, explaining product features, assisting in their purchase decisions, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
• Explain features, specifications, and benefits of products (kitchen appliances, electronics, etc.).
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Prepare sales invoices and coordinate with billing and delivery teams.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display standards.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and new launches.

Who Can Apply

We welcome both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of showroom or retail sales experience.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a showroom environment.
• Language: Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English/Hindi preferred.

Experience:

Freshers welcome

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in retail/showroom sales preferred

Salary & Benefits

For Freshers: ₹13,500 per month

For Experienced (1–2 years): ₹16,000 per month

Incentives: Exciting performance-based incentives offered on top of fixed salary
