Showroom Sales Executive (Female Preferred)

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers/clients at the showroom, providing accurate information such as product features and pricing, both in-person and through phone/email. You will also be expected to answer any questions customers may have about specific products and address any queries or complaints they may have. In addition, you will be required to coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure a smooth supply chain process. It is essential for the candidate to be proficient in the local language, possess good convincing skills, be confident in dealing with customers, and adept at pitching sales. Experience in sales/retail is preferred for this role. Furthermore, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary for this position. The job is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule. The work location will be in person.
