Job Description

Manage daily showroom activities, staff scheduling, and adherence to SOPs for smooth operations.
Drive sales strategies to meet monthly targets and monitor team performance with regular reporting.
Maintain accurate stock levels, oversee audits, and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent shortages or excess.
Ensure the showroom meets OPPO’s visual merchandising and cleanliness standards with effective product displays.
Deliver excellent service, handle escalations, and ensure a premium customer experience from entry to after-sales.
Train, guide, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and strong product knowledge.
Execute promotions, launches, and local marketing activities to increase footfall and brand visibility.
Prepare sales, stock, and operational reports and ensure full compliance with company policies and audit standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
