Showroom Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Ensure smooth functioning of showroom operations including customer handling, vehicle display, test drives, and delivery process.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
• Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
• Plan and execute marketing or promotional activities to increase footfall and sales.
• Coordinate with service, finance, and accessories departments for seamless customer experience.
• Track inventory and ensure timely availability of vehicles.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and performance reviews to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, showroom hygiene, and brand presentation standards.
• Train and motivate the sales staff for continuous improvement in product knowledge and customer engagement.

• In-depth knowledge of automobile products and features.
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
• Good command over MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
