This role is pivotal in managing showroom presentation, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all showroom operations, ensuring a professional, clean, and customer-friendly environment. Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Set sales targets and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure individual and team success. Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer engagement, and market trends to drive continuous improvement. Implement and maintain effective customer relationship management (CRM) practices. Coordinate with the marketing department to plan showroom events and promotions. Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and health and safety regulations. Work closely with the inventory and finance departments to manage stock levels, pricing, and vehicle financing options. Generate regular performance reports for upper management. Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive sales management (5+ years preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Deep understanding of vehicle features, financing options, and dealership operations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license.
