Short Form Video Editor

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Short-Form Video Editor capable of producing fast-paced, visually striking content for global brands as well as Kerala-based clients. The ideal candidate can seamlessly integrate 3D elements, motion graphics, stylised transitions, dynamic typography, and strong visual storytelling into short-form formats such as Reels, Shorts, and TikToks.

This role demands creative agility, technical mastery, and the ability to make quick, high-quality decisions under pressure. The first three months will be fast-paced and performance-intensive to evaluate speed, creativity, and adaptability, followed by a transition into structured deliverable cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft high-impact, fast-paced short-form videos with industry-level visual quality
• Integrate 3D assets, motion graphics, dynamic text animation, and stylized transitions when required
• Make rapid and effective creative decisions—hook selection, pacing, narrative direction
• Adapt editing styles for diverse audiences: global brands and Malayalam-speaking markets
• Maintain platform-optimized formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
• Apply strong design fundamentals: composition, contrast, visual hierarchy, rhythm, and balance
• Collaborate with the strategy team to ensure edits align with brand goals and content intent
• Deliver revisions quickly while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and creative integrity
