Facilitated clear communication among cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders, fostering alignment and transparency throughout pre-sales planning, project execution, and post-launch phases. Ensured all project deliverables met rigorous quality standards and stakeholder requirements by implementing a structured review and validation process. Engaged key stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and manage expectations across all project phases—from pre-sales planning through post-launch support—ensuring alignment and client satisfaction. Requirements Must have executed 5 to 6 projects solely on Shopify. Must have been involved in the project planning and strategies. Understanding of the Shopify Ecosystem . Substantial project management experience, preferably within eCommerce projects Experience of working in a formal project environment using a variety of different methodologies (E.G, Waterfall, PRINCE2, Agile SCRUM) Program management methodology qualification Solid understanding of eCommerce business practices Solid technical background, with a good understanding of software development practices and the development lifecycle
