Shopify Manager – iPhone Case Category

We are hiring an experienced Shopify Manager to scale and manage daily operations for our mobile case e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate must be strong in Shopify, analytics, Meta Ads coordination, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities Sales Growth & Performance

• Increase and maintain 

  daily order volume

   and achieve monthly targets.
• Improve and maintain 

  AOV

   (Average Order Value).
• Reduce 

  RTO

  , cancellations, and increase 

  net delivery percentage

  .
• Improve 

  ROI on Meta Ads

   and monitoring daily performance.
• Maintain and track all 

  KPI metrics

   consistently.

Reporting & KPI Management

• Maintain 

  daily, weekly & monthly KPI reports

  .
• Prepare 

  weekly performance reports

   (sales, ads, RTO, delivery %, inventory).
• Maintain all data properly on 

  Google Sheets / Excel

   with 100% accuracy.
• Analyze data and recommend actionable strategies.

Shopify Store Operations

• Maintain and manage 

  inventory

  , prevent 

  overstock

   and 

  out-of-stock

   issues.
• Ensure smooth 

  order fulfilment

   and tracking updates.
• Implement strategies to 

  increase revenue

   and improve store conversion.

Logistics & Shipping

• Work with courier partners to 

  reduce shipping cost

  .
• Monitor delivery performance and ensure timely dispatch.
• Resolve delivery issues and escalate when required.

Strategy & Optimization

• Monitor 

  ads campaigns, product performance, conversions

  .
• Test new products, creatives, and implement new revenue strategies.
• Improve processes for smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Experience with 

  Shopify, e-commerce operations & Meta Ads

  .
• Strong data understanding (Excel/Sheets mandatory).
• Good problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
