Role Overview: You will be joining as an Entry-Level Shopify E-Commerce Manager for a startup arm of a heritage design workshop specializing in marble craftsmanship. Your role will involve managing the Shopify storefront, optimizing product listings, overseeing daily operations, collaborating on marketing strategies, and contributing to the digital strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory updates, and user experience. - Oversee daily operations such as order processing and basic customer support. - Collaborate on SEO, email marketing, and social media integration with external support available. - Utilize Shopify Analytics to identify insights and propose improvements. - Experiment with new ideas and actively contribute to the digital strategy. Qualifications Required: - 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital tools, or web management, with Shopify experience being a plus. - Basic understanding of web design, SEO, and online sales platforms. - Strong organizational skills, creativity, and a proactive mindset. - Interest in design, craftsmanship, or sustainability is beneficial. - Candidates must be based in Mumbai (Mahalaxmi) for this hybrid role. - Self-driven individuals who take ownership and enjoy problem-solving will thrive in this role.
