Key Skills for a Shopify Developer

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Strong understanding of Shopify Liquid (Shopify’s templating language)
• Expertise in Shopify Theme Customization & Development
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Ability to convert Figma/PSD designs into fully functional Shopify pages
• Experience with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS for layout and styling
• Understanding of UI/UX principles to create engaging storefronts

Backend / Functional Skills

• Understanding of Shopify Admin, Store Setup, and Online Store 2.0
• Experience with Shopify APIs (REST & GraphQL)
• Knowledge of Shopify App Integration and custom feature development
• Familiarity with Shopify CLI for theme development and deployment
• Basic understanding of PHP, JSON, and AJAX for custom solutions

Optimization & Maintenance

• Experience in website speed optimization and performance tuning
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for Shopify stores
• Ability to handle bug fixes, code testing, and regular updates
• Understanding of version control (Git) and theme version management

Communication & Project Management

• Strong client communication skills for understanding project requirements
• Ability to collaborate with designers and marketing teams
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• Proactive attitude toward new technologies and continuous learning

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
