Job Description

Position : E-commerce Admin

Experience : 1-2 years

Essential experience/good exposure

Manage, customize, and update Shopify themes and Liquid templates (both Online Store 2.0 and legacy themes).
Create new page templates and sections (e.g., product-price-on-request, B2B landing pages, lookbooks).
Optimize site performance, UX/UI flow, and mobile responsiveness.
Fix HTML, CSS, and JS issues across product, collection, and cart pages.
Integrate third-party Shopify apps (wishlist, chatbot, reviews, upsell, metafields, etc.).

Product & Content Management

Handle bulk product uploads, metafields, tags, and structured data for SEO.
Create and manage dynamic collections (e.g., “Shop by Style,” “Ready to Ship,” “New Arrivals”).
Coordinate with the content team for product descriptions, meta titles, and alt text integration.

UX & Conversion Optimization

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to A/B test layouts and improve site conversion.
Streamline B2B form flows and inquiry CTAs (Shopify Forms, WhatsApp integration, etc.).
Ensure fast page load speeds and minimal Core Web Vitals issues.

Skills

HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding languages, web page standards and policies, e-commerce, and new web technologies.
Experience with
Shopify metafields

custom JSON templates
, and
dynamic product sections

Familiarity with
Shopify Flow
or automation tools.
Understanding of UI/UX for luxury/lifestyle or e-commerce brands.
