Company Description BirdChime is a leading Shopify Apps development firm. Role Description You will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls. The individual will act as the first point of contact for customers and provide support to resolve their issues quickly and efficiently. The candidate will also troubleshoot and collaborate with the internal team to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily. This is a full-time remote role for a Shopify Developer with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
