We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Document Controller cum Recruiter (Overseas). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment activities for overseas clients while also ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and record-keeping of recruitment-related files. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (Overseas): Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements. Coordinate with overseas clients and provide suitable profiles. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, interviews, candidate selection, and offer process & Documentation. Arrange trade tests, interviews, and coordinate with technical institutes/training centres. Maintain candidate database and ensure timely communication with clients and candidates. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, maintain, and control all recruitment-related documents (CVs, passport copies, visas, medical reports, employment contracts, etc.). Ensure proper filing (digital & physical) of recruitment documentation. Verify candidate documents to meet client and immigration requirements. Track and update status of visas, medicals, ticketing, and deployment. Coordinate with travel agents, embassies, and government bodies for required clearances. General Administration: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide timely reports to management. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data and compliance with company and government regulations. Assist management with any additional tasks related to overseas recruitment projects.
