Key Responsibilities Cold Calling & Lead Outreach Call prospective clients from our lead lists and self-generated leads Understand client pain points and pitch ShipScout’s solutions Schedule demos/meetings for high-potential prospects In-Person Meetings & Trade Shows Represent ShipScout at trade shows, industry events, and conferences Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and decision-makers Deliver presentations, demos, and product explanations Follow up promptly with trade show leads to close deals Sales & Revenue Growth Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate records in CRM Relationship Management Build strong, long-term relationships with customers Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product/operations team Requirements 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales (B2B preferred) Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and meeting clients in person Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident, presentable, and able to engage with senior decision-makers Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR and occasionally to other cities for trade shows Basic computer skills (CRM tools, email, Excel, etc.) Fluency in English and Hindi What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives/commissions Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling company Exposure to trade shows and industry events Supportive team and on-the-job training Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Experience: Cold calling sales: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
