Role and Responsibilities - Customer Service Role as Agency Coordinator

Job Objective: This role involves managing the customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues and working cordially with other departments to ensure smooth shipping processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Customer Support.Management
• Coordinate with Feeder Operator and Overseas agents.
• Documentation
• Compliances

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Supervise documentation team and provide guidance to the team as needed
• Coordinating with Feeders and Overseas agents for rate negotiation and analytical mind to compare the rates.
• Handling customer service and pricing desk: DG handling, tracking consignments and updating customers.
