Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Odisha, for a Territory Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing sales within the assigned territory, developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, providing solutions to meet customer needs, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves offering exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions for clients or sales teams, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales strategies. Qualifications: Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service for maintaining client relationships and addressing their needs effectively Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance performance and product knowledge Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and responsibilities Prior experience in infrastructure or lighting solutions sales is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Candidates with Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering will be given preference.
