Create and distribute engaging content across social media, WhatsApp, websites, and email campaigns. Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing materials like brochures, banners, and promotional items. Develop partnerships with nearby residential societies, corporates, and parenting communities. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements. Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and parent preferences. Manage preschool listings on directories and admission portals. Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads generated through marketing activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing (education sector preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience in social media marketing, local SEO, and digital campaign management. Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of preschool/early childhood education trends is a plus. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and safe learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social development. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and creative classroom activities. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Teach foundational subjects such as English, Math, Science, Art, and General Knowledge using interactive methods. Encourage social, emotional, and physical development through play-based and experiential learning. Monitor and assess each child’s progress and maintain detailed records for parents and school administration. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and classroom activities. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and celebrations. Collaborate with other teachers and administrative staff to support overall school goals.
